Designed for unforgettable gatherings, the property comfortably accommodates up to 28 overnight guests and can host celebrations of up to 60 people. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, guests will enjoy easy access to the shoreline along with countless nearby activities, dining options, and entertainment.

5‑Bedroom Residence (Two Available):

Each home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and private access to pool, hot tub, large patio and a shared rooftop terrace perfect for smaller groups or multi‑family stays.


Full Estate Rental:

Reserve the entire 6,000 sq ft property for up to 28 overnight guests. Ideal for larger groups seeking privacy and space.


Full Estate + Event Package:

Host your celebration with up to 60 attendees and enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate for the duration of your stay.


Event Guidelines

Black Pearl Celebrations is pleased to host family‑style gatherings for your friends, relatives, coworkers, and team members. Our goal is to provide an elevated, easy‑to‑plan setting for your function, vacation, or celebration.

  • Maximum Capacity

    We welcome events of up to 60 people, including the maximum of 28 overnight guests.

  • Rules regarding noise, quiet hours, and parties

    Please be respectful of our neighbors by following all local noise, parking, and safety regulations throughout your stay. As the home is located on Main Street in the heart of the area, local quiet hours begin at 11:30 PM. Amplified music is only allowed before quiet hours start.  

  • Outside Vendor Guidlines

    If you choose to bring in a professional vendor, there are a few requirements. They must be licensed, insured, and able to provide a certificate of insurance listing Black Pearl Celebrations as an additional insured. Also, the selling of products, services, food, or beverages is strictly prohibited. 

  • Appropriate Uses
